• Products are available based on seasonality and local crop availability.

• We reserve the right to modify the product list or prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payments

• Orders can be placed through our website or via our official communication channels.

• All prices are quoted in USD or EUR. Custom quotations may be provided depending on quantity and destination country.

• Orders are confirmed only after the required payment (either full or partial, as agreed) is received.

• Accepted payment methods include bank transfers and electronic payment gateways depending on the importer’s location.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Goods are shipped based on agreed Incoterms (CIF, FOB, EXW).

• London-Export ensures proper packaging and labeling of all products in compliance with international export standards.

• Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping method.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or third-party logistics companies.

5. Product Quality and Storage

• We guarantee that all products are in good condition and meet agreed specifications upon departure from Egypt.

• The buyer is responsible for proper storage of goods after receipt.

• London-Export shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from improper storage or delays on the buyer’s side.

6. Cancellation and Return Policy

• Orders cannot be canceled after shipping.

• If there is an issue with product quality upon receipt, the buyer must report the issue within 24 hours with photo documentation.

• Complaints will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may result in a partial refund or replacement shipment, as agreed.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of London-Export and may not be used without prior written permission.

8. Privacy Policy
